Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Gizmo Bing LLC collects, processes, stores, uses, shares, and deletes buyer and order information received through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) for Gizmo Bing websites, integrations, and internal business systems.

What We Collect

We collect only the minimum Amazon SP-API data required for order fulfillment and related operational support, including:

  • Buyer name

  • Shipping address

  • Phone number

  • Email address, if provided by Amazon

  • Order IDs, items, quantities, prices, shipping method, and shipment status

  • Operational logs with PII fields masked, hashed, or redacted where possible

Why We Collect It

We use Amazon SP-API data only for legitimate business and operational purposes, including:

  • Importing and managing orders

  • Generating packing slips and shipping labels

  • Supporting shipment, delivery tracking, and returns

  • Meeting accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping requirements

  • Internal operational reporting and support

We do not use Amazon data for advertising or marketing profiling, and we do not sell personal information.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share Amazon buyer or order data with marketing or advertising partners. Amazon SP-API data is used solely for Gizmo Bing LLC internal business purposes.

Data may be processed only through authorized service providers required to operate and secure the platform, including:

  • Microsoft Azure for hosting, databases, storage, backups, and infrastructure services

  • Azure Monitor and Microsoft Defender for Cloud for security monitoring, alerting, and platform protection

Amazon SP-API data is not disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

Data Location

Primary processing and storage of Amazon SP-API data occur within Microsoft Azure U.S. regions, including US East 2 (Virginia) and Central US, with geo-redundant replication used for resilience and disaster recovery.

Retention and Deletion

Amazon PII is retained only for the order lifecycle, operational support, and statutory or legal record-keeping requirements. Data is purged or anonymized after 12 months unless a longer retention period is required by law. Valid written requests for access, correction, or deletion will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Amazon policy requirements.

Security Summary

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect Amazon data, including:

  • TLS 1.2 or higher for data in transit

  • AES-256 encryption at rest for databases, storage, and backups

  • Encryption keys managed through Azure Key Vault

  • Role-based access controls with MFA for privileged users

  • Continuous security monitoring through Azure security services

  • Logging and audit controls with restricted access

U.S. Privacy Rights

We comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the CCPA and CPRA where applicable. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, please contact privacy@gizmobing.com.

Children

Our services are intended only for business use and are not directed to children under 16 years of age.
